| Krzysztof Szczypa The President of the Management Board, 43. Graduated from the Gliwice University of Technology. Working with Macrologic for 19 years. He founded and managed Efbud S.A. and MacroSoft Katowice sp. z o.o., the biggest partners of MacroSoft Group. Under his management, the MacroSoft Group has acquired acknowledged industry solutions, such as the software package for public utility, steel and scrap companies as well as the systems supporting the development, construction and forwarding processes. A member of the Management Board since 9th May 2006. The President of the Management Board since 6th September 2006. He is responsible for the strategy, sales and plan implementation monitoring.
|  | Janusz Kurowski Member of the Management Board, 53. Graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology (1981), completed the Executive MBA programme at the University of Warsaw / University of Illinois. In the 1980s he used to work as an IT specialist in various companies in Warsaw. In the Company since March 1989. Member of the Management Board since 1993. Responsible for IT systems and electronic documentation. Designated by the Management Board to supervise the software production process. | Patrycja Ptaszek-Strączyńska Member of the Management Board, 37. Completed MBA programme at the Thames Valley University, London and a MA degree at Polish Open University in Warsaw. In 1994-1996 she worked for SICK Optic Electronic, where she managed the activities of the company as well as implementation and sales in the Polish photo-optic solutions market. Working for Macrologic since 1996. She worked as the and Head of Product Department and the Head of Marketing Department. She is the Holding Director of the Company. She is responsible for communication with clients, departments, investors and the media.

| Barbara Skrzecz-Mozdyniewicz Member of the Management Board, age 38, graduated from the department of mathematics at Warsaw's University and an MBA from the financiers of the Academy L. Kozminski. With Macrologic is bound for 12 years. Currently combines duties of Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Warsaw Branch of managing one of the largest teams of consultants and Project Chiefs Macrologic.

| Jaroslaw Witwicki Member of the Management Board, aged 43, is a graduate of the Technical University in Gliwice. With Macrologic bound for 17 years. Through all the commercial career path: from the vendor, consultant to Director of Sales. In 2006/2007 he was a member of the Board of the subsidiary Macrosoft South SA In 2009, received a prestigious award in the first edition of the Polish National Sales Awards for Sales Manager.

Supervisory Board Bogdan Michalak The Chairman of the Supervisory Board. 54, MA in IT, graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology (Electronics Department) on 16th October 19981. In 1993 he completed MBA programme at the International School of Management. The founder of Macrologic and a member of its governing bodies since the beginning.
Włodzimierz Napiórkowski Member of the Supervisory Board. 54, MA in IT, graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology (Electronics Department) in 1981. The founder of Macrologic and a member of its governing bodies since the beginning.
Andrzej Odyniec Member of the Supervisory Board, 54. He studied at the Warsaw University of Technology (Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics Department) and at the University of Warsaw (Mathematics and IT Department). Member of the governing bodies of the Company since 1987.
Marek Kopczyński, aged 58, studied law at the University of Lodz in 1975 In the years 1975-84 was the applicant and then a judge of the District Court in Lodz. In 1985, received an entry on a list of lawyers. Between 1985-88 he worked as a legal adviser in the Bureau of Foreign Trade. Since 1989, is co-founder and member of the Attorney Office BMK located in Lodz. In the years 2004-2007 Mr. Marek Kopczyński served as Vice-Dean of District Bar Council. From 2007 the College is a member of the Board of the Supreme Council of the Bar.
Mr. Marek Kopczyński has extensive experience in the field of public trading, of ownership and legal aspects of the financing of investment transactions.
Mieczysław Grudziński holds a PhD in Economics, he is a lecturer in finance and consulting projects in two American-Polish Executive MBA programmes: University of Illinois / University of Warsaw and University of Maryland / University of Lodz. He is the author and consultant of the first public share bids at the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Próchnik, Wólczanka and Wedel). He often participated in the negotiations regarding capital acquisition. He is an academic at the Kozminski Business School in Warsaw and an independent financial expert.
