Board of Macrologic inform that GSM taken decision regarding the payment of dividends. In accordance with Resolution No. 8 of the AGM of March 23rd, 2011:
The dividend is: 3.777.438,00 zł
Dividend falls on 1,888,719 shares.
The value of the dividend per share is 2.00 zł.
Set the date of the dividend on the 07/04/2011;
Set the date for payment of dividends on the 27/04/2011
