Xpertis solution for Ministry of Justice Unit Management System
This Xpertis package is an IT solution for budgetary units, especially for administrative departments of courts and prosecutor’s offices. It includes modules covering: human resources, payroll, civil law agreements, experts witness fee settlements, finance and accounting, reporting, account clearings, fixed assets register, court deposit and court revenue register, expert witness administration (list of expert witnesses, list of summons, etc.), electronic money transfers, bank account statements and cash register.
A module structure of the system allows easy adjustments to the specific needs of each court and prosecutor’s office. The modules included in the package are closely integrated, which makes the whole system even more efficient. The basic tasks of the package include: the integration of the data coming from different departments of a given unit and the automation of the information flow.
Based on our experience in the implementation of the system, we know that elimination of manual reporting results in faster access to complete information, facilitates work in individual departments and decreases the number of errors unavoidable in traditional accounting.
