The client is provided with a support of a Personal Consultant, who is responsible for the high quality of the works. The Package includes the following services:

Silver Package – extended; offered to companies requiring extended IT services. Aimed at larger companies which often change the scope of their activity and their requirements. These clients modify their software along with the changing needs of their company, while Macrologic monitors the introduced changes. The Silver Package guarantees preferential time of order execution, training at attractive prices and free participation in seminars. The cooperation with Clients who acquired Silver Package is monitored by a designated Project Manager, who is also responsible for overseeing the services provided within this Package. The Package includes the following services

  • Telephone support (hotline) regarding the acquired software
  • Project Manager support
  • Access to information service regarding the acquired software

Clients who acquired Bronze Package are offered the support of Macrologic Consultants. The Package includes the following services:
